Operations Manager

Role Overview

As the Operations Manager, you will oversee a dynamic operations team and ensure that daily capacity goals are met for our customers. This position will be responsible for monitoring order volume and determining staffing needs daily.

Strong decision-making skills will be critical for this role as order volume and the operational needs of the facility can fluctuate day-to-day. The planning, organization, and execution of completing daily order volume can be challenging during our current growth, so it will be important that this position will work as a calm, objective focused leader to make sure targets are met on a daily basis.

In this role, you will:

  • Direct the daily operations of the retail stores in order to maximize profit and minimize costs
  • Ensure proper staffing at all stores under their management, and enhances job performance and retention of employees by spearheading Training Programs
  • Prepare and report timely submission of budgets in accordance to the demand, in collaboration with the Brand team
  • Evaluate sales performance and customer satisfaction level by visiting retail locations
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop strategies to increase profit and customer experience across all stores
  • Address and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner
  • Identify and develop operational improvements related to workflow, resources, and layout 
  • Work with multiple departments (Barbershop, Coffee Shop, Retail, etc) to communicate and work through potential order and inventory related issues
  • Develop, implement, and enforce processes to mitigate operational misses
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment
  • Ensure facility compliance with current policies and procedures 
  • Cultivates and enforces best practices 
  • Set the tone of the leadership team with a calm, positive, focused and forward motion leadership style in a high pressure, fast work environment with consistent changes
  • Be knowledgeable of the company’s goals
  • Collect data and analyze trends and behaviors that will allow the organization to improve handling flow and customer experience  

    Sneaker Care Specialist

This position requires to fulfill many shoes but also comes with an extensive and exciting learning experience along the way.

    In this role, you will:

  • Create a welcoming environment for shoe lovers
  • Maintain the work flow of shoes brought in by customers
  • Assess sneakers at the time of drop-off recommending the best cleaning service
  • Clean all sneakers ranging from general release, rare and luxury tiered
  • Thoroughly explaining the proper use of all products
  • Assist in replenishing floor stock
  • Maintain the neatness, maintenance and cleanliness of the store
  • Ensure optimal customer service and brand recognition as product knowledge expert to educate customers
  • Very familiar with sneaker materials
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to apply retail math principles
  • Ability to use a POS system
  • Proven ability to be flexible and adapt to the needs of the business

    Role Overview

    We are looking for a Barista to prepare and serve specialty coffee and other beverages. To be successful in this role, one should have customer service skill, which includes ability to give drink recommendations to customers.

    In this role, you will:

  • Ensure to create a welcoming atmosphere for customers and the cafe
  • Prepare and serve drinks efficiently while adhering to DripHouse Coffee standards
  • Have the ability to multi-task. You are expected to take orders and prepare food and drinks in the shortest amount of time possible
  • Exercise accountability and integrity - You will be responsible in receiving and processing order payments. This will also include conducting inventory
  • Maintain clean and professional appearance
  • Maintain clean workplace

    Store Supervisor

    Role Overview

    We are looking for a dedicated store supervisor to manage our store. In this role, your duties will include overseeing employees and finances, and controlling the quality of products and services. You may also be required to evaluate the job performance of retail staff.

    To ensure success as a store supervisor, you should exhibit demonstrable managerial competency, and excellent communication skills. Store Supervisors are natural leaders with excellent business management skills and a passion for customer service.

    In this role, you will:

  • Oversee salespeople, cashiers, shelf stockers, and other employees
  • Manage finances
  • Keep records of expenditure, sales figures, and employee performance
  • Evaluate the supply and availability of stocks, and profit-margins
  • Implement measures to avoid stock damages, theft, and wastage
  • Monitor shelve stocks and product displays, and the general appearance of the store
  • Investigate market trends and offering products that would appeal to customers
  • Address customers' requests, comments, and complaints
  • Motivate employees to achieve targets
  • Schedule shifts
