While comfort preferences vary with each individual, BIMSTORE will always provide the best available information to ensure that you are entirely satisfied with your purchase.
Delivery and processing speeds vary, but can take up to 5 business days before an order is packed and labeled by our shipping department due to high volume of orders. We strive to ship your items as quickly as possible. Once an order ships, the customer will receive an e-mail notification with their tracking information. Orders are expected to arrive within 4-6 business days depending on your location.
Due to high volume of orders, it is vital that we received the correct information to prevent shipping errors and lost packages.
Our prerogative is to ensure that all of our clients receive their items in a timely and safe manner. Insurance is optional but highly suggested. Please contact us at email@example.com with your order info if needed to be insured.
We try to ship orders as quickly as possible so they get to customers faster. This means we cannot cancel an order after the shipping process has begun. We will do our best to process cancellation requests, but cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so. Cancellation requests submitted after the shipping process has begun are subject to our standard return policy.
In the event that an item becomes unavailable, BIMSTORE reserves the right to cancel your order or items within your order at any time. We will provide a full refund, back to your original form of payment. You will be notified via email of any orders or items we cannot fulfill and have refunded.
All sales with BIMSTORE are final. Our fulfillment process begins immediately after an order is received, so we are unable to accommodate cancellation requests. BIMSTORE is a consignment marketplace, meaning most items we carry and offer on this site are provided by independent owners. Since every item may have a different seller and level of availability, even identical items may vary in price. Once an item sells, either online or in our store, the owner receives payment for their merchandise. Because of this, we are unable to process returns or exchanges.
Here's what you need to know about processing a return:
We will only allow returns and exchanges for defective items (See the Defective Merchandise part for details on this).
Return requests must be submitted to us within 3 days after the item has been delivered to you.
If a return is accepted, we will only issue a refund for the original purchase price minus the transaction fee (If you purchased online).
The item being returned must be shipped to Bimstore within 3 days after the return is accepted.
For your protection, we suggest you return the merchandise via LBC and make sure you double boxed and insured them for safety. Please contact our returns department with any questions: firstname.lastname@example.org.
BIMSTORE does not guarantee the exchange or credit for a defective item. If the item you bought from us immediately damaged after only 1 use, please clearly explain the details via email to email@example.com. Once your concern was proven and accepted, BIMSTORE will reimburse shipping charges, only on items declared defective (up to P400.00).
Refunds are ONLY processed based on fulfillment errors such as incorrectly shipped or missing items. Please keep in mind that the returns process may take up to 10 business days before a refund is reflected back to your account. Refunds will be issued excluding original shipping charges.
