If an item is available online, does that mean I can buy it in the BIMSTORE retail store?

All items available online are not always available in-store. We have two retail locations at the moment in which we store inventory, so even if a product as showing as available online, it may or may not be available in a particular store. The best way to find out if a product is available in-store is to visit one of our retail locations. If the product is not on-hand, one of our retail associates will gladly help you with placing an order online. You can also choose LOCAL PICK-UP (when checking out) when you shop online if you want to personally pick up your order in-store.

How do I know if the items are authentic?

Authenticity is the foundation of our business, and every item we sell is physically inspected and we demand that our consignors have proof of purchase as well for assurance. In addition, We're a ship-to-verify and consignment marketplace, meaning we source products from independent sellers who use our platform to sell shoes.

How do you determine the prices of your products?

BIMSTORE is a consignment marketplace, which means that we sell items on behalf of other individuals. The final determination on price is made by the consignor, but we work with them to help price items competitively.
